Hugo Chavez: Halloween Is American Terrorism

One last piece of Halloween moonbattery, via Breitbart (on a tip from Byron):

"What they have implanted here, which is really a 'gringo' custom, is terrorism," Chavez said, quoted in the local press. "They disguise children as witches and wizards, that is contrary to our culture."

Now why would a guy want to demonize Halloween? Fortunately, not everyone in Venezuela is on board with their dictator's wet blanket mentality:
