Chris Matthews: Al-Qaeda Terrorists "Just Have a Different Perspective"
Following the noble example of Bill Clinton by going abroad to bash his own country and attempt to undermine its foreign policy, MSNBC's belligerent blowhard Chris Matthews (aka Tweety) traveled to Canada, where he spewed his demented nonsense to political science students at the University of Toronto.
"The period between 9-11 and (invading) Iraq was not a good time for America. There wasn't a robust discussion of what we were doing," Matthews said. "If we stop trying to figure out the other side, we've given up. The person on the other side is not evil. They just have a different perspective."
Got that? The al-Qaeda terrorists who brought about 9/11 weren't evil, any more than their colleagues who are currently murdering people at random in Iraq. If we become annoyed when they fly jets full of civilians into skyscrapers full of more civilians, we need to remember that "they just have a different perspective."
This improved new substitute for the outdated notion of right and wrong is called moral relativism, and it's all the rage on the left. If you can't make any sense of it, maybe you're not as smart as Tweety, who proudly proclaimed:
The smartest people understand the enemy's point of view, because they understand what's driving them.
When asked to explain why we are fighting in Iraq — since from a moonbat's point of view it couldn't possibly have anything to do with the War on Terror — Tweety chirped loony-left talking points that might have been fed to him by one of Cindy Sheehan's handlers. It's all about oil, the Jews are behind it, etc., etc.
Having established himself as absolutely clueless, Tweety then accused President Bush of not knowing enough about the world.
With thanks to V the K.

Can we do the like the story below about the sparrow in Holland and blow tweety bird to Hell with a 12-gauge over and under?
Only metaphorically speaking you know. I'm not a BDS sufferer after all.

Didn't Matthews say something similar to this a couple of years ago for which he then apologized?

I was wrong. It was one year ago.

Okay Chris, and you wonder why few folks respect you.

Chris has obviously lost it all...
And to think this genius used to work for Tip O'Neil! The man, despite being a democrat, was one of the most honorable members of Congress we have ever seen. He is no doubt, at this point, spinning his considerable girth in his grave. Tip would be absolutely ashamed at his former protege's perverted view of Islamic buthcers
