What Liberal Bias?

From Michelle Malkin, on a tip from Byron, here we have Reuters trying to pin Governor Blanco's suspicious connections on President Bush, via CNN:
Companies with ties to the Bush White House and the former head of FEMA are clinching some of the administration's first disaster relief and reconstruction contracts in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. ... One is Shaw Group Inc.
It seems Joe Allbaugh, the former FEMA head who was once Bush's campaign manager, counts the Shaw Group as a corporate client.
Apparently Reuters didn't consider it relevant that the Baton Rouge–based Shaw Group is headed by the Chairman of the Louisiana Democratic Party, Jim Bernhard, who worked for Governor Blanco's runoff campaign and served as co-chair on her transition team. Bernhard has offered the use of the Shaw Group's corporate jets to Blanco on numerous occasions. Another Shaw exec used to be Blanco's campaign manager.
Don't come down too hard on Reuters or CNN. The same omission was made by a long list of others, as Malkin details.
Some advise for the MSM: If you're going to side with Louisiana Democrats against the Bush Administration, don't start slinging mud.
