The MSM's answer to the Three Stooges was honored during the Emmy Awards Sunday night. Brokaw and Jennings even got standing ovations. Apparently Rather didn't warrant one, despite his undisputed creativity. Brokaw told their admirers that the three of them were friends as well as competitors.

As every one keeps saying, it's the end of an era. Or, in Rather's case, the end of an error.
