Disney Opportunity in New Orleans

Originally I was going to suggest they pump New Orleans out and fix the levees. Then pump the water back in, sell the whole place to Disney and put in some boats. Keep the local villains, buccaneers, looters, and recalcitrants on the payroll to add that Spanish Main feel. It would cost a hell of a lot less the 200 G's per person err........evacuee, refugee, displaced citizen. And if it floods again it just adds to the ride excitement. To rebuild New Orleans again without significant changes to the physical landscape typifies the idiocy of government spending.
