George Galloway Incites Muslims to Violence Against the West
Where do we draw the line between the pernicious and irresponsible ravings typical of liberal politicians on both sides of the Atlantic and punishable treason? MP George Galloway may force the British to decide. Via the Middle East Media Research Institute's TV Monitor Project (MEMRI), here are a few opinions Galloway has been sharing with the Arab media lately in an attempt to whip up support for the terrorists currently murdering not only ordinary Iraqis, but also British as well as American troops.
Here's Galloway expressing his heartfelt regret for the London bombings and support for the War on Terror, on Syrian TV:
Mr. Blair is using this crime and all these dead people as a justification for this absurd idea of a war on terrorism. "Terror" is a word... Terror is a tactic, it's not a strategy. The idea that Muslims have some kind of sickness in their bodies, which must be cured, which is the idea behind Bush, behind Mr. Blair, and behind Mr. Berlusconi's government in Italy — It must be resisted. It's not the Muslims who are sick. It's Bush and Blair and Berlusconi who are sick. It's not the Muslims who need to be cured. It's the imperialist countries that need to be cured.
In the same interview, Galloway revs up the rhetoric to encourage violence against his countrymen and other coalition members in Iraq, as well against Jews in Israel, and castigates any Arabs who side with democracy against terror:
Two of your beautiful daughters are in the hands of foreigners — Jerusalem and Baghdad. The foreigners are doing to your daughters as they will. The daughters are crying for help, and the Arab world is silent. And some of them are collaborating with the rape of these two beautiful Arab daughters.
On Al-Jazeera, Galloway spins the lowlife terrorists who indiscriminately kill women and children in Iraq into Davids standing up to the American Goliath:
This started out as a wish to terrorize the world with American power ... the Iraqi resistance is not just defending Iraq. They are defending all the Arabs, and they are defending all the people of the world from American hegemony.
Here's an excellent example of Galloway's gift for merging silly left-wing rhetoric into Islamofascist propaganda, from Al-Jazeera:
It's not the Muslims who are the terrorists. The biggest terrorists are Bush, and Blair, and Berlusconi, and Aznar, but it is definitely not a clash of civilizations. George Bush doesn't have any civilization, he doesn't represent any civilization. We believe in the Prophets, peace be upon them. He believes in the profits, and how to get a piece of them. That's his god. That's his god. George Bush worships money. That's his god — Mammon.
In case it isn't clear yet whose side Galloway is on, here he is splashing gasoline on London's ANB TV:
Most of the children, most of the schools, most of the buses, were bombed by the United States. Let's keep this clearly in perspective: Most of the children who died in Iraq were killed by George Bush, not by Zarqawi. Most of the schools that were wrecked, buses that were bombed, hospitals that were destroyed, lives that were taken, were taken by George Bush, not by Zarqawi. Number two: Most of the resistance in Iraq is not Zarqawi. It's not foreign, whatever "foreign" means when Iraq is occupied by 250,000 foreign armies. Most of their resistance are Iraqis resisting the foreign occupation of their country. Most of the operations which they carry out are against the occupying forces and their collaborators, and this is normal in every liberation struggle.
I know what you're thinking. How can you believe anything reported by Muslim media? Some consider the Arab press to be even more shamelessly propagandistic and vehemently anti-Western than the New York Times. But nothing Galloway is quoted as saying is particularly out of character for him. You can watch him spewing his treasonous and incendiary poison here.

Incredible! It's one thing to have freedom of speach, but Galloway crosses all of the lines. In 1940 he would've been put away. Reagan got rid of Communism... now only a few decades later we've got this to deal with... a twisted form of Socialism that is equally as scary as the Communists were. Great post, I'll have to blog this one.

This guy is a real whack job. People like this are who the democrats refer to as not being with us with "The War on Terror" or the President has alienated with his foregin policy. The left has more in common with Galloway than they have in common with the average American. This person should resign from the Parliment, go to Syria or Iran and run for the position of "Chief Head-Chopper." Heard it pays well, all the virgins you can use at your disposal.

For one day--just 24 hours--I'd like to see the PC shackles released from the NYPD AND the FDNY and let those guys just clean house.

My God! Does he realize he's not sane? Do they actually think they are speaking reason?

as usual, slam the guy and ignore his valid points. Everybody know that this war - if not all wars - is motivated by profits(Hailburton & other blood sucking companies), yes, American economy) and evangelicalism vs. Islam. Why deny the obvious?? .
The Iraq of Saddam had nothing to do with Al-Qa'iada, nor it had WMD. It's been more than 2 years since the American occupatin of Iraq, and until now nobody could validate it.
A lot of people are dying, women, children, civilians, let alone American citizens. This is just sad , really sad.
