Air America Going Down Fast
As the Air America ship continues to take on water, it appears increasingly fortunate that their Moonbat in Chief Al Franken has actual job skills; the day may come when even liberal elitists figure out there is no point showering him with money to vomit obnoxious propaganda at a nonexistent audience. Maybe NBC will hire him back as a one man mobile uplink reporter (thanks to Wiggins for the picture):

We shouldn't be too hard on Al though. He's a victim just like the impoverished children and Alzheimer patients Air America robbed in order to pay him. From today's New York Post (hat tip: Michelle Malkin):
"About three weeks into the life of Air America, I became an involuntary investor — I stopped being paid," Franken told listeners yesterday on WLIB (1190 AM).
Although he was evidently lying again, it may be true that they're not paying him anymore, now that they have to return the Gloria Wise loot. Sorry Al!
If Franken gets into a funk by thinking about the empty hole where he thought his future would be, he might cheer himself up by checking out some of the Air America bumper sticker ideas at Say Anything (thanks to V the K for the link).
Meanwhile, last June's puff piece daydreaming of Al Franken as a U.S. Senator is still the most recent mention of Air America in the New York Times.

lefty,
I think you are correct, AAR probably will not go away soon. I am sure they will find more left-wing investors or a way to con some money from groups funded by federal grants. I don't think they will ever reach a point where they will sustain themselves on thier own revenue. Personally, I don't them to go away. Given the image they project and thier on-air comments, I think they are very helpful to the political causes of your so called "neocons." I also find some of the on-air personalities to be mildly amusing at times.

Another subliterate leftoid drops by to spew. Punctuation, my man. Learn it. Love it. Live it.
VH, checkout the high-larious pic of Al Franken at Huffington's Toast.

You mean Al would physically assault him like he did to Paul Wolfowitz, right? Ya gotta love those peaceful, tolerant, open-minded libs!

Can you find the SHIFT key, man?
Also, I'm not hoping AA dies. It likely will, but I hope not. Every time one of you lefties opens your pieholes, another election gets lost. So no, I say let AA live on!
And as long as they continue to steal money from poor kids and Alzheimer's patients to make up for their failures in the market, they'll have enough money to keep peddling their brilliance to all three of their listeners!

Air America is a perfect example of capitalism at its best. I hope the liberals keep pumping money into that carcass for several more years. Perhaps Howard Dean can help with their fundraising.
Air America posts do seem to attract a lot of trolls. I guess the trolls are just out trying to Keep Hope Alive, as if Err America's problems are somehow caused by the Right.
