Helen Thomas Promises to Kill Herself
Illustrating the maturity and even-handedness that characterize the mainstream media's Washington press corps, Helen Thomas has threatened to kill herself if Vice President Dick Cheney runs for the highest office, according to the Drudge Report (hat tip: AngryYoungConservativesUnite).
"The day Dick Cheney is going to run for president, I'll kill myself," Thomas is quoted as telling the newspaper HILL. "All we need is one more liar."
Now the bad news: no one seems to expect him to run.
Drudge does not report on the rumor that if Rick Santorum runs, Thomas will express her displeasure by spending the rest of her life in the monkey cage at the Washington Zoo.

It was an exaggerated comment turned into a big deal when it's a nonstory
I'm still waiting for all those lefties to move to Canada as they said they would after Bush's reelection.

Yeah, so this old crap bag, once the perceived queen of the Washington MSM press corps has threatened to kill herself if Cheney is elected. Has she changed her views or become more cynical over the years? No, she has just been exposed for what she is and what she has always been. She may not get the opportunity to kill herself over Cheney's fate. Father Time has moved all in on her; she is holding a losing hand and getting ready to call.

Helen Thomas is a vile, bitter old hag who once said, that she writes her "news" articales based on, "Who do I hate today?"
And for the last five years, there's been no doubt as to how she answers that question.
