Ninth Circuit Moonbattery
At this point it can't be easy for the liberal elite screwballs who dominate much of our judiciary to come up with new excuses to set loose killers, rapists, terrorists and maniacs upon the general population of normal law-abiding citizens that they seem to hold in such low esteem. But when San Francisco's U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit reviewed the first-degree murder conviction of Mathew Musladin — perhaps tricked by his name into thinking he's a Muslim — they rose to the challenge. You have to give them credit for their creativity.
They overturned the conviction not because the killer ate too many Twinkies, or had an unhappy childhood, or was in a bad mood at the time of the crime, and certainly not because he's innocent, but on the grounds that relatives of the woman he killed (his estranged wife) wore buttons to the trial that featured photographs of the victim's face. According to the stilted justification of one of the Ninth Circuit judges, "the buttons essentially 'argue' ... that the defendant was necessarily guilty'' — thus biasing the jury.
As some wise person once said, "Yeah, right, whatever."

Someone has been eating to many twinkies but it is not musladin!!!!First of all..it WAS NOT his ex-wife he shot..It was her HIGH ON METH boy friend that he protected himself against...When are you people going to use some common sense and stop assuming that because a self serving D.A. who does everything he can to keep the truth out of the trials that he prosecutes;is always in the "right"?? You need to get the other side of the story before you post comments!!!!D.A.'S will do anything for a WIN!!! and that's CRIMINAL!!!you may be in the same boat someday as musladin is now..the courts will not be any better to you...so forget about a fair trial its BOGAS!!
