Ward of the Court Churchill
Abe at Don't Let Me Stop You presents a clever solution to University of Colorado's quandary over how to deal with Ward Churchill: Make him a ward of the court!
Once a judge has been allowed to take control of Churchill's affairs, he could then do the responsible thing and resign on the mad professor's behalf.
True, adults are not often declared wards of the court, but who could deny that "Churchill's juvenile behavior provides a sound basis for revoking his status as an adult"?
If this works with Churchill, the same principle might be applied to scraping a few gray-haired adolescents out of the Senate — for example, Robert Byrd, Ted Kennedy, Barbara Boxer, John Kerry...

Thanks for the trackback. I believe it may be the first one for me.

The first of many, I'm sure.

Mr. Bush behaves like a child, yet we seem to tolerate his unruly behavior.

Bush acts childish in ways Ward Churchill could not dream of.

We heard you the first time, Collin. Just as people who call the President stupid tend to come off as less than bright, calling him childish leaves the impression that you ought to have your mom vet your comments before you post them. I like the name of your blog though: "Roach's Department of Homeland Insecurity"— very apt. Thanks for stopping by to make a fool of yourself on behalf of moonbats everywhere.

Perhaps Collin just needs a restful vacation with the Oregon dead-tree huggers at Ocean Haven. It's hard work being a liberal these days.

I don't think Bush acts like a child. In fact I think he is about the only grown up we have running the country. He does what needs to be done, plain and simple. He says what he means and does what he says...
Unlike some of the real kiddies of the world such as the UN, the EU, France, Envirofreaks ect.
Who say one thing and do the opposite, like kids are known to do.
