Envirokooks Busted for Littering

Much to the consternation of the New York Times, three obnoxious boobs have been held accountable for their antisocial behavior in the posh Connecticut suburb of Greenwich, home of William B. Harrison Jr., Chief Executive of J. P. Morgan Chase.
The riff-raff activists, acting on behalf of the Rainforest Action Network of San Francisco, consider J.P. Morgan Chase to be guilty of assisting economic development. As punishment, they littered the neighborhood of its CEO with childish "wanted" posters that encourage people to harass Harrison. Ignoring a "Private Road" sign, the trio of nitwits banged on doors, haranguing Harrison's neighbors with their imbecilic rhetoric.
Two of the vandals were charged under state law with disturbing the peace and with violating Greenwich's ordinance against posting unauthorized bills. The other, ringleader Robert E. Nixon, a "freelance writer" (whether he has been published is not known) did the driving, and only got the disturbing the peace rap.
At age 46, Nixon is old enough to know better, and should be encouraged to explore more constructive ways of spending his time than driving a couple of 20-something female moonbats from the city around the tonier parts of Greenwich, annoying residents and defacing public property.
The Gray Lady's spin is that enforcing the laws these fools violated represents an egregious violation of First Amendment liberties. The ACLU is considering becoming involved in the case. (Yes, I'm serious.)
